Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Jamtara P.S. Case No. 233/2024 registered for the offence under section 310(4)(5) of BNS and Sections 25(1-B)a 26/35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned C.J.M, Jamtara.
On 12.12.2024, Jamtara police on the basis of confidential information that some criminals have assembled near Mohra Bridge and were making preparations to commit dacoity, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner along with two other accused persons and on search firearms were recovered from the possession of co-accused persons.
Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that a mobile phone is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara P.S. Case No. 233/2024.
