The writ appeal has been filed by impugning the order dated 08.09.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge on I.A.No.6/2025 in W.P.No.28101/2024 filed by the petitioner.
2. The order dated 08.09.2025 would read as under:
"I.A.No.6/2025 is filed by the respondents for permission to pass orders following the report of the enquiry officer in respect of charges held against petitioner. It is stated that as per the order of this Court, the respondents have conducted an enquiry and matter is now set down for considering the cause shown by the petitioner to the second show cause notice issued by the respondents. Therefore, permission is sought for to proceed with the consideration of the cause shown by the petitioner as this Court had specifically directed the respondents to conclude the enquiry within a period of four months. In view of the aforesaid, I.A.No.6/2025 is allowed, the respondents are granted two weeks time for consideration of the cause shown by the petitioner to the second show cause notice and pass appropriate orders. It is made clear that
