While placing on record communication dated 30.05.2025, issued under the signatures of Director School Education, Himachal Pradesh and copy of Office order dated 26.03.2025, issued under the signatures of Deputy Director Elementary Education, Kullu, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, learned Additional Advocate General states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands duly complied with. He states that service of the petitioner has been regularized w.e.f.01.04.2018 instead of 05.08.2020 and monetary benefit shall be released as per order dated 13.09.2023 passed by this Court in Ex. Petition No.83-6 of 2023 i.e. 40% arrears payable according to pre-revised scale on or before 31.12.2023 and remaining 60% in two equal annual installments shall be paid by 31.12.2024 and 31.12.2025 by calculating difference of pay of the petitioners on the basis of pre-revised scale for the period from 01.04.2018 till the earlier date of regularization, as per the instructions issued by the Finance Department of Himachal Pradesh vide letter dated 17.09.2023. In view of the above, this Court is convinced and satisfied that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands duly complied with and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present application and accordingly same is disposed of.
