Heard the parties
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with M.G.M. P.S. Case No. 199 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri D.R. Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jamshedpur.
3. On 11.11.2024, mother of the informant went missing. On 13.11.2024, her dead body was found near Barabanki. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioner that he might have committed the murder of the mother of the informant.
4. Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that prior to the occurrence, the petitioner had talked to deceased several times.
5. Considering the facts that apart from suspicion there is no other material against the petitioner on the record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of
Sri D.R. Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jamshedpur in connection with M.G.M. P.S. Case No. 199 of 2024.
