The petitioners seek restoration of the petition dismissed as withdrawn on 27.01.2025. It is contended on behalf of petitioners that the petition was withdrawn seeking liberty to file appropriate application before the Tribunal but the liberty was not granted. Firstly, as regards liberty to file “any appropriate application” before Tribunal, no blanket liberty can be granted. Secondly, if the liberty sought was to raise the same issue, a prima facie view was already recorded in order dated 27.01.2025 as regards issue of closure of the establishment but learned counsel could not show any legislative or judicial pronouncement in that regard, so he sought permission to withdraw the petition. 2. The order dated 27.01.2025 was passed in open court in presence of learned counsel for petitioners. Recall of such orders without any reasonable ground would set up a bad precedent. 3.
