This contempt petition is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 25.07.2024 passed in W.A.No.2222 of 2024. 2. It is submitted on either side that the State has preferred an appeal as against the order dated 25.07.2024 passed by this Court before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court, vide order dated 12.5.2026 in SLP (C) No.16378 of 2025, has stayed the order of this Court. 3. In view of the above, the contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to re-open the contempt petition, after the disposal of SLP, if so advised. Consequently, connected sub applications are also closed. No costs.
