ORDER When the matter is taken up for hearing, the
learned counsel for the revision petitioner fairly submitted that the substantive sentence includes simple imprisonment till the rising of the Court and for payment of an amount of Rs.16,30,000/- by way of fine, in default, to undergo simple imprisonment for six months. It is also fairly submitted that there is no sufficient ground to interfere with the judgment of conviction. Necessarily, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. The Criminal Revision Petition will stand
disposed of with a direction to pay off the fine amount within a period of three months from today. Coercive steps shall not be initiated till that time. Sd/- P.SOMARAJAN JUDGE SPV
