Issue a writ of Certiorari quashing the order No.LRM:7A:SR:10/20+174 dated 17-11-2020 at annexure-c passed by the first respondent rejecting the Application in Form No.7A for grant of land in Sy No.724/3 measuring 0-12-12 of Karki-II village of Honnavar Taluk, Uttar Kannada District, and also quashing order No.LRM:7A:SR:10/ 20+174 dated 10-03-2023 at Annexure-D passed by the first respondent confirming the earlier order dated 17-11-2020 at Annexure-C, and ii. Issue such other orders and directions as may be deemed fit in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 3.
