The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- “(a) For issuance of a writ in the nature of the certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing of the Notice dated 26.12.2018 (Annexure-9) issued under the signature of the Respondent No. 3, whereby and whereunder the compensation amount paid to the petitioners in lieu of their respective share of land in Khata No. 52, Plot No. 2902 and 2904, admeasuring total of 3.5 Acre at Mouza Bundu, District - Ranchi 2025:JHHC:24041 Page | 2 W.P. (C) No.1198 of 2019 has been directed to be refunded back to the said authority in view of the reference of the dispute before competent court/authority of jurisdiction. (b) The petitioner further prays for a direction upon the respondent authorities to pay the balance amount of the compensation amount to the petitioners as per their respective share in the Award.” 2. The description of the land is as follows:- “Land situated at Khata No. 52, Plot No. 2902 and 2904, admeasuring total of 3.51 Acre at Mouza Bundu, District - Ranchi” 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that during the pendency of the present writ petition the matter had been referred under Section 64 of the Right of Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 and that has also been decided being a Land Acquisition Case No.02 of 2019 by the court of Judicial Commissioner-cum-Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Ranchi vide order dated 07.07.2025. 4. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. 5. Permission is granted. 6.
