The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Prayagraj to decide the application dated 30.11.2023 of the petitioner for grant of fire arm license. 2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, instructions dated 04.08.2025 under the signature of respondent no.2- District Magistrate, Prayagraj has placed before this Court. The same is taken on record. 3. It is stated in the aforesaid instructions that the application submitted by the petitioner for grant of fire arm license has already been allowed. 4. After going through the same, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
