Arun Kumar Sharma) as well as charge sheet date 8.4.2025 submitted by the investigation officer in case crime No. 608 of 2021 u/s 13(1)(B & 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad as well as cognizance order dated 11.7.2025 pending in the court of learned Special Judge Prevention of Corruption Act, Court No. 2, Bareilly. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw the instant bail application and therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Learned AGA is having no objection to the same. 5. In view thereof, the instant application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
