It is noticed that the petitioner preferred an appeal before the Joint Director of Land Records, without arraying the neighbouring landowners/Kathedars as party respondents to the appeal, while seeking a re-survey and settlement of the boundaries. At this juncture, learned counsel prays leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition while also seeking liberty to the petitioner to file a

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh appeal before the Joint Director of Land Records while arraying the neighbouring land owners/kathedars as party respondents to the proceedings.
