Case No. 139 of 2021, for the offences registered under Sections 397/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Smt. Veena Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Garhwa. 3. On 26.10.2021, the informant was waylaid by three unknown persons near village Satbahini. The accused persons looted Rs. 68,920/- and oppo mobile phone from him. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. 5. Mr. V.S. Sahay, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
