Apprehending his arrest, the applicant has approached this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail, in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No.90 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 406/ 420/ 120B of IPC, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Gumla. 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with a liberty to approach the trial court for grant of regular bail in light of judgments of Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vrs. Central Bureau of Investigation reported in 2021 (10) SCC 773. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection. 4. In view of the above submission, the present anticipatory bail application stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. 5. The applicant is directed to surrender in the trial court within three weeks from today and if the applicant surrenders and prays for grant of regular bail, the trial court is directed to consider the prayer for bail of the applicant on its own merit and also keeping in mind the mandate of the Hon’ble Apex Court, without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
