Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the only grievance of the petitioner in the present case is that the election programme for the Faridabad Ex-Sainik and Karamchari Cooperative House Building Society Limited has been announced and is scheduled to be held on 24.08.2025 but at the same time, the issue with regard to the voting list is still pending before the Registrar, Cooperative Societies for taking a final decision in four appeals filed by different parties. He further submitted that in the absence of any final adjudication on the voting list, it will be a futile exercise to conduct the elections and rather it will be contrary to law. 2. Mr. Udit Garg, Addl.
