JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ ORAL ORDER 1. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "a) Certiorari, setting aside the official letter dated 29/09/2025, bearing No.CRM-2(1)/171/2025, issued by the respondent No.2, vide Annexure-E, in the interest of justice and equity. b) Issue any other writ or directions as deems fit by this Hon'ble Court under the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3. Essentially what has been challenged is the order dated 29.09.2025 bearing No.CRM-2 (1)/171/2025 passed by respondent No.2-Director General and Inspector General of Police, Karnataka State transferring 7 FIRs, which had been registered, to the CID for investigation. 4. A perusal of the complaint, which has been filed, indicates that serious allegations have been made against the petitioner as regards cheating more than 300 tenants. It is for that reason, respondent No.2 transferred the matter to CID for investigation. I do not find any infirmity in the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45139 WP No. 33371 of 2025 same.
