JUSTICE N. UNNI KRISHNAN NAIR ORDER Date : 21.02.2025 The present Interlocutory Application has been instituted praying for correction of a typographical error occasioning in the order dated 11.02.2025, passed by this Court in Review Petition No.123/2024. It is contended in the present Interlocutory Application that the date of fresh advertisement recorded in the said order dated 11.02.2025 as “26.12.2024” is to be so recorded as “27.12.2023”. Heard Mr. S. Dey, learned counsel for the applicant. On perusal of the contention so made in the Interlocutory Application and also on perusal of the materials brought on record, it appears that a typographical Page No.# 3/3 error had occasioned in the order dated 11.02.2025, while recording the date of the fresh advertisement. Accordingly, the date “26.12.2024” as recorded in the order dated 11.02.2025, shall be read as “27.12.2023” for all intent and purpose. The order dated 11.02.2025, would now be read by substituting the date “26.12.2024”, as finding mention therein, with the date “27.12.2023”. The present order shall form a part of the order dated 11.02.2025, passed in Review Petition No.123/2024. The Interlocutory Application accordingly stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
