In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for quashing the joint memo dated 06.04.2016 filed in W.P.No.19594/2015 disposed of on 06.04.2016, on the ground that his signature has been forcibly taken on the joint memo. 2. On the basis of the joint memo dated 06.04.2016, W.P.No.19594/2015 came to be disposed of on 06.04.2016. Being aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed W.A.No.1024/2018. The said writ appeal came to be dismissed on 16.04.2018 confirming the order dated 06.04.2016 passed in W.P.No.19594/2015 on the joint memo. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a review petition in R.P.No.171/2018 seeking review of the order dated 16.04.2018 passed in W.A.No.1024/2018. The review petition also came to be rejected. In the meantime, the petitioner has filed W.P.No.53268/2016 seeking for quashing of the joint memo dated 06.04.2016 filed in - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29420 WP No. 16051 of 2025 W.P.No.19594/2015. This Court by order dated 20.02.2018 has dismissed the said writ petition as not maintainable. Again, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the main prayer seeking for quashing the joint memo dated 06.04.2016 filed in W.P.No.19594/2015 disposed of 06.04.2016. 3. Since this Court has already dismissed the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the joint memo dated 06.04.2016 filed in W.P.No.19594/2015, again the present writ petition filed by the petitioner with the main prayer seeking to quash the very same joint memo, is not maintainable. 4.
