The petitioner is aggrieved of the dismissal of the revision petition filed by the petitioner before the 1st respondent - Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Urban District, for non-prosecution. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the revision petition was filed, on no date hearing was the petitioner absent. However, on one fine day, the revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. The learned counsel for the petitioner therefore, submits that the matter may be restored while directing the Deputy Commissioner to consider the matter on merits. 5. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted. 6.
