This appeal has been preferred against the judgement and order dated 6.1.2000 passed by Special Judge (E.C. Act), Moradabad in Criminal Appeal No. 56 of 1999, Devendra Kumar Vyas vs. State and others, by which the appeal has been allowed and set aside the judgement and order dated 17.7.1999 of the trial court by which petrol pump and diesel license no. 89/B has been directed to be seized. 4. This appeal is reported to be beyond time by 119 days. 5. Sri Vishal Singh vehemently opposes the same. 6. An application for condonation of delay along with affidavit in support of it has been filed. The Court has perused the application for condonation of delay and the affidavit filed in support thereof. No satisfactory explanation has been given for filing the appeal beyond time. The delay condonation application is dismissed.
