Further, the present application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015 (in short “ A & C Act”) was directed to be converted into application under Section 17 of A&C Act, 2015 and decided by the Arbitrator vide order dated 17.12.2024 in O.A.No.608 of 2024. 2.
