The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayers :- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the maintainability of appeal no.D202518210001094/2025 (Smt. Uma Yadav vs. Sri Sadhu Singh) and summoning order dated 30-06-2025 passed by the District Registrar/ADM Finance and Revenue as the said appeal is being filed by manipulating the order of Sub-Registrar dated 28-05-2025. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent No.2 to take penal action against the respondent no.4 regarding the manipulation in the order of Sub-Registrar dated 28-05-2025." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by Sri Rahul Agrawal, learned Additional Advocate General that present writ petition is not maintainable since the same has been filed only against the summoning order. 4. At this point of time, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition as not pressed. 5. This prayer has not been opposed by Sri Rahul Agrawal, learned Additional Advocate General, State of U.P. 6. In this view of the matter, present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
