Learned learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, the respondent-Police registered a case in Crime No.248 of 2025 on 21.6.2025. Investigation is under progress. The respondent-Police has sent Viscera report to the Forensic Laboratory and awaiting for the report. 4. In view of the above submissions, this Court is not inclined to fix any specific time to complete the investigation.
