By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 203 of 2019 at Police Station - Barhaj, District Deoria, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 302, 307/34 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 14.03.2022. The first and second bail applications of the applicant were rejected by this Court on 06.10.2020 and 02.07.2024 respectively. The matter is posted for final hearing. At this stage, no case for bail is made out.
