The only prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is direct the respondent No.2/Presiding Officer, Labour Court (II) Lohia Nagar, District Ghaziabad to conclude the proceedings initiated against the respondent No.3 being Misc. Case No.05 of 2021. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid proceedings have been initiated by the petitioner by fling application being Misc. Case No.05 of 2021 under Section 6-H (2) of U.P. Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 for compliance of award given dated 01.09.2025 given in P.L.A Case No.163 of 2001. It is argued that considerable time has alrady been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/Presiding Officer, Labour Court (II) Lohia Nagar, District Ghaziabad to decide the aforesaid case most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from date of production of certified copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjourned and by hearing the matter day by day but after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, if there is no legal impediment.
