1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.2296 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara, arising out of Marine P.S. Case No.239 of 2025 for commission of offences under Sections 305(a)/331(4) of the B.N.S.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.
4. Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application for pre-arrest bail. However, it is open for the Petitioner to surrender before the learned Court in seisin in the aforesaid case and moves an application for his release on bail, the same shall be considered
on its own merit. Ground of parity, if so urged, shall be taken into account.
5. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
