This writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following relief(s): (I) For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction for properly investigation of Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 203/2023 dated 16.05.2023 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 354, 380, 452, 427, 384, 395 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. (ii) For direction to the concern authority to compensate the damage amount of the house or reconstruction of the house to the petitioner which was fully damaged by the accused persons of the instant case on 30.04.2023. (iii). For direction to the concern police for arresting the rest accused persons/private respondent nos. 8 to 19 who are absconding in this case in connivance with the local administration. (iv). For grant of any other appropriate relief or reliefs for which the petitioner may deem entitled. 3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Kishanganj for redressal of her grievances and if the Superintendent of Police, Kishanganj finds substance in the representation, he will pass necessary orders so that the FIR of Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 203 of 2023 is properly investigated by the I.O. concerned. The petitioner is given liberty to move the appropriate Patna High Court CR.
