JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:- “a) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other Writ setting aside the revised Letter dated 19.06.2024 bearing No. RGUHS/ACA/ADM/AHS-152/2023-24 issued by the Respondent No.1 vide Annexure - F; (b) Direct the Respondent No. 1 to approve the admission of the Petitioner to the B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology [B.Sc, MLT] in the Respondent No. 2 College permitting the Petitioner to continue the course of study without any interruption; (c) Pass such other order/s, grant such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent No.1 and perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel for both parties submits that respondent No.1 – RGUHS has accorded approval in favour of the petitioner for admission to B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology during - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47364 WP No. 27019 of 2024 the pendency of the present petition, nothing further survives in the present petition. 3. The joint submission is placed on record. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in view of the joint submission made by both parties supra.
