ORAL ORDER Memo is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The memo reads as under:-
“The petitioner most respectfully submits that he had paid the entire decreetal amount to the respondent in Ex No.1028 of 2019 and the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat on 19.11.2024, in view of this the above petition has become infructious.
Hence, the petitioner most respectfully pray that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to dispose of the above petition as withdrawn, in the interest of justice.
Court Fee may kindly be ordered to be refunded to be petitioner.”
Placing the memo on record, this petition stands dismissed, as it is settled before the Lok Adalath. In view of settlement before Lok Adalath, permissible refund of court fee is hereby allowed.
