In the present case, order under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') dated February 21, 2024 was passed by the District Magistrate, Sambhal for granting possession to the petitioner who is the secured creditor. 3. In light of the same, the respondent Nos.3 and 4 are directed to act in accordance with law and comply with the order passed under Section 14 of the Act within a period of eight weeks from date, if there is no other legal impediment. 4.
