The Trial Court considered I.A.No.1 filed under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, and granted temporary injunction against the defendants from demolishing the stone fenced compound around the suit schedule property. It is noticed that I.A.No.2 filed by the petitioner is pending consideration. 5. However, in view of the urgency pleaded in the application, the Trial Court is directed to consider and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, not later than eight weeks. 6. This order is passed without issuing notice to the other side in view of the fact that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the pending application. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, pending application, if any stands disposed of. Sd/- (VIJAYKUMAR A. PATIL) JUDGE RV List No.: 1 Sl No.: 29
