The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Aditya with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.159 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 506 of IPC and Section 3/25/27 of the Arms Act, Police Station- Hastinapur, District- Meerut, during pendency of trial. From the perusal of the record, it transpires that the applicant has been assigned main role of causing fatal injuries to the deceased. In view of the above, this Court does not find any good ground to release the applicant on bail and this bail application is accordingly, rejected.
