The present withdrawal application has been filed by Shri Devendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner with the prayer to allow the withdrawal application and permit the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition. 2. Application is supported by affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner, wherein in para six of the affidavit filed in support of the aforesaid application, it is stated that the mill has been finally closed, all the employees have taken their dues after closure of the said Industrial Establishment. Hence, as on date no dispute as referred to Industrial Tribunal remain existed for its adjudication. Hence he has been made prayer to dismiss the present writ petition as having become infructuous. 3. Cause shown in the affidavit is sufficient. 4. The present withdrawal application stands allowed. Order on the writ petition:- In view of the order on the aforesaid withdrawal application, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
