Application (MCRC/2/2025) filed by the petitioner with Supplementary Affidavit. 4. The present writ petition was disposed of vide this Court’s judgment dated 23.06.2025 in light of the judgment rendered by Hon’ble Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar and another. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that when the said order dated 23.06.2025 was put before the Investigating Officer, the IO said that at the time of remand of co-accused namely Vikram Nagerkoti, Section 326(g) of the BNS, 2023 was incorporated to the petitioner and co- accused, therefore, the petitioner wants to be given interim relief in connection with the Section 326(g) BNS, 2023. 6. The said prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be misconceived for the reason that when the writ petition was argued, Section 326(g) BNS was not there, therefore, the Misc.
