As directed by this Court, the respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.274 of 2025 for offences punishable under Section 296(b), 351(2) and 308(2) of BNS, 2023. However, the petitioner is not co-operating for investigation and as such, it is pending for investigation and the respondent could not able to complete the investigation as directed by this Court. 3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the respondent for investigation.
