(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Collector Shamli (Respondent No.2) to pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner." 2. Sri Anil Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner after making brief submissions, does not press the writ petition. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to seek appropriate relief against the vendor from whom the petitioner has allegedly purchased the property. .
