Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has moved a representation dated 09.07.2025 (Annexure P-2) before respondent No.1-Director General Prisons, but no action on the same has been taken till date. He submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.1 is directed to look into and decide the said representation. Notice of motion.
