On 12.03.2025, the following order was passed:-
“Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is living at Muscat and he will be coming back to India on 17.03.2025. It is further submitted that the petitioner will join the trial Court proceedings within a period of two weeks after his arrival in India and till then, no coercive steps be taken against him. The petitioner shall surrender before the trial Court within two weeks from the date of his arrival in India i.e. 17.03.2025 and on doing so, he shall be released on interim bail, subject to his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
Adjourned to 18.08.2025.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the said order, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been released on bail, he further submits that he has also been discharged vide order dated 14.08.2025.

In this view of the matter, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
