1. The instant contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court’s order dated 30.07.2024 passed in WPS No. 5616 of 2014.

2. Learned counsel for respondents that order passed by this Court has already been complied with vide order dated 05.02.2025 passed by the Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. The order dated 05.02.2025 has placed before this Court by the respondent authorities. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the petitioner has challenged the order dated 05.02.2025 passed by the Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur before this Court by way of writ petition bearing WPS No.1420 of 2025 (Dilip Kumar Dubey Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others).
3. Given the said submission made by the counsel for the respondent and perusing the order dated 05.02.2025, this Court is of view that the order passed by this Court stands complied with. The respondent stand discharged of the contempt proceedings.
4. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands finally disposed of.
