By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the learned Trial Court to decide the S T No. 603 of 2022 (State Vs Hina and others) in case Crime No. 2041 of 2017, under Sections 302, 120-B IPC, P.S.Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad pending in the court of learned Special Judge, EC Act, Ghaziabad expeditiously as possible as within short stipulated period. 3. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.
