P. -------- 02/ Dated 21.03.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Katkamdag P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 21(b) & 22(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of Sri Ranjeet Kumar, learned Sessions Judge, Hazaribagh. It was submitted that 6.40 grams of brown sugar were recovered from the joint possession of the petitioners. It was further submitted that quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was also submitted that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been stated at paragraph-17 of the bail application. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Ranjeet Kumar, learned Sessions Judge, Hazaribagh, in connection with Katkamdag P.S.
