SAKTHIVEL, J This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 17 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 12.03.2025 made in W.P(MD)No.6546 of 2025. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that the wife of the petitioner was suffering from a mental disorder, and the petitioner had to remain with her at a hospital in Madurai. Owing to the said circumstances, there has been a delay in filing the petition. 3.Notice had been directed and notice was served. The learned counsel entered appearance for the second respondent. 4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order. When the matter is listed for admission, the name of the learned counsel, who appeared for the second respondent, to be printed in the cause list.
