The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would feel satisfied if the instant writ petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondent No. 3- Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, to accord consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioners, which have been placed on record along with the instant petition, within some reasonable time frame, to which Mr. Alla Ud Din Ganai, learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to the same, provided the representation is directed to be decided strictly in accordance with applicable rules and as per law occupying the field. 02. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the material on record. 03. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the threshold and is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 3-Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, to accord consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with a copy of writ petition and the annexures appended thereto, strictly in accordance with applicable rules and as per law occupying the field. The order of consideration which is likely to be passed by the respondent No. 3 be communicated to the Petitioner No.1 through registered post. 04.
