Deka, the learned counsel assisted by Mr. S. Deka, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by order dated 24.02.2025, the petitioner was allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail Page No.# 2/3 by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner, who is Chief Manager of Punjab National Bank, presently posted at Calcutta, has appeared before the Investigating Officer on three occasions. 3. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to continue to cooperate in the investigation, and accordingly, he prays for making the interim bail granted to the petitioner absolute. 4. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Tinsukia P. S. Case No. 156/2020 and has submitted that though the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer, and his statement under Section 181 of BNS, 2023 has also been recorded, however, there is an endorsement in the case diary, that the petitioner has not cooperated in the investigation, in as much as he has not furnished the IT returns of his spouse to the Investigating Officer. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides, and I have gone through the case diary of Tinsukia P. S. Case No. 156/2020. 6. Though, the Investigating Officer has raised objections regarding non- cooperation in furnishing certain documents when asked for by the petitioner, however, it appears that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer, and his statement under Section 181 of BNS, 2023 has already been recorded. 7. Further, considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is further ready to cooperate in the investigation, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of with an observation that the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 24.02.2025 by this Court is hereby made absolute, with a condition that he shall continue to cooperate in Page No.# 3/3 the investigation. 8.
