The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the 4th respondent in seeking to dispossess the petitioners from lands for an extent of Ac.0.90½ cents and an extent of Ac.0.14 cents respectively in Survey No.296-1-1 of Uppalapaadu village, Dagadarthi Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, without following due process of law and without issuing any notice to the petitioners. 2. This court by order dated 20.08.2020, directed the respondents to maintain status quo for a period of four (4) weeks. 3. During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue stated that, the respondents never interfered with the possession of the petitioners over the subject lands. 4. In view of the same, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners in respect of lands admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.90½ cents and Ac.0.14 cents respectively in Survey No.296- 1-1 of Uppalapaadu village, Dagadarthi Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, without following due process of law.
