Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has sent representation on 13.05.2025 seeking promotion for the post of Livestock Inspector in the Animal Husbandry Department. 3. At this juncture, learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner is claiming promotion under the inservice candidate quota and the petitioner's representation had already been considered by the 2 nd respondent. 4.It is the further submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents are in the process of promoting the inservice candidates in co- ordination with the TNPSC. Hence, in this connection, he has submitted an order of the 2 nd respondent dated 18.06.2025.
