Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: a. Issue a suitable order or direction and may set aside the impugned judgment and order dated 16.04.2025 passed by Additional District Judge, Anupshahar, Bulandshahr in Civil Revision having Case No.4 of 2024 (Bishan Chand Vs. Bhagwati Prasad and others). b. Issue a suitable order or direction and may direct the revisional court to consider and may allow the impleadment application filed by the petitioner in the end of justice. 3. This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 16.04.2025 passed by Additional District Judge, Anupshahr, Bulandshahr in Civil Revision No.4 of 2024 (Bishan Chand vs. Bhagwati Prasad and others). 4. It has been informed by Ms. Shalini Goyal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents that revision itself has been decided on 08.07.2025. 5.
