Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 191(3) , 190, 126 ( 2 ), 127 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 132, 109, 121 (1) , 121 ( 2 ), 324 ( 4 ) and 352 of the bNs Act 2023 . 3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , on the basis of secret information informant along with other police officals conducted raid and apprehended 4 persons and thereafter it is alleged that these Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1703 of 2025(5) dt.24-03-2025 2/2 petitioners along with other co-accused persons reached there and started abusing and assaulting the police party due to which some police personnel sustained injury and accused persons also damaged government vehicle . 4. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that these petitioners along with other co-accused persons abused and assaulted police party due to which some of the police personnel sustained injury , prayer for pre-arrest bail of these petitioners is rejected.
