2. Sri. H.L.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel is
directed to take notice for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

3. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for the following prayers:
"a. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondent No.3 to consider the Representation of the petitioner dated 13.02.2025 as per Annexure-E; and b. Issue such other order or direction, this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstance of the case in the interest of justice and equity."
4. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the land bearing Survey No.71 measuring 1 acre 23 guntas situated at Byradenahalli Vilalge, Kasaba Hobli, Devanahalli Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District (for short 'the schedule property'). The said schedule property was granted by the Tahsildar on 10.01.1962 to the petitioner's father. The schedule property was acquired by respondent Nos.2 and 3 under a final notification dated 25.05.2022 (Annexure-D), for the purpose of establishment of industrial area.

5. The grievance of the petitioner is that, though the petitioner has made a representation dated 13.02.2025 (Annexure-E) to the respondent-authorities to disburse the compensation amount towards the acquired land, respondent-authorities have not considered the same compelling the petitioner to approach this Court in this writ petition.
6. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2025 (Annexure-E) shall be considered in accordance with law, within a time bound manner.
7. The said submission is recorded.
8. In view of the submission made and that the representation remains unattended despite lapse of reasonable time, the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed, if necessary direction is issued to respondent No.3 to consider the same. Accordingly, this Court pass the following:

ORDER i) The writ petition is disposed of. ii) Respondent No.3 is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2025 (Annexure-E) and to pass necessary orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this
order.
