This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the entire proceedings of Appeal No. C202514000000193 (Prem Chand Shukla and others Vs. Sabhajeet Shukla and others) (Annexure No. 06 to this writ petition) pending in the court of Additional Commissioner (First), Varanasi Mandal, Varanasi." 2. The prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted as the appeal filed under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration before revenue authorities. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon officer concerned to decide the Appeal No. C202514000000193 (Prem Chand Shukla and others Vs. Sabhajeet Shukla and others), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
